Nestled on a beautiful spot of Lake of Bays, Due North is just 5 minutes outside of the quaint town of Baysville. A 20 minute drive will bring you to Bracebridge or Huntsville - whichever direction you decide to go! Both towns features big box stores for all of you amenities, and offer darling small shops and delicious restaurants to enjoy.

PROPERTY
DUE NORTH - Arrive via a circular driveway that brings you past the Main Cottage entrance as well as the Guest Cottage and garage. Adjacent to the garage, a volleyball net can double as a badminton net, depending on your forte! A gentle slope will bring you down to the back of the main cottage where a beautiful new deck features built-in L-shaped sofa overlooking the lake. A few steps down with bring you to the cute Cabin! To the left, a stunning fire pit area enclosed with glass railings provide an excellent place to gather as the sun goes down. A few more beautifully landscaped stone stairs lead down to the waterfront, where 5 blue Muskoka chairs overlook the sandy entrance. Down at the boathouse, a covered sitting area offers nice seating on one side of the bar window!

Situated on the other side of the double-sided fireplace, this room features 4 white arm chairs around a coffee table!

Doubling as the games room, this spacious lower level features a ping-pong table, air hockey table, mini sticks + nets and a cozy sitting area surrounded a TV with more games!

GUEST COTTAGE
This beautifully decorated space features 2beds, 2baths, a living room, kitchen and Muskoka room! The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and two bar stools. The living room features a crisp white sofa with a matching chaise lounge chair. In the fully screened Muskoka Room you will find a sofa and 2 chairs surrounding a coffee table - perfect spot to unwind after a day in the sun!

BOATHOUSE
An outdoor oasis featuring a beautifully appointed covered sitting area with 2 large sofas and chairs, with a bar window. From the inside of the boathouse you can find the interior bar area that features a mini fridge and bar area. 4 Muskoka Chairs and 2 loungers are available to bask in the all-day-sun!
